Delivery

Delivery of goods will normally be between 7 and 21 working days (Mon - Fri Working Days).  When a colour change of the rainwater goods is specified on check out, expected delivery will normally be from 14 to 21 working days. GMD Pennine will, however, endeavour to dispatch all goods in the quickest possible time. If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to "pop out" please leave the carrier a signed note as to where he/she can leave your order.

If your order is a very large quantity, GMD Pennine will contact you for delivery instructions. Delivery will only be completed with the nominated recipient who is to have proof of purchase and I.D documentation. If for any reason delivery cannot be made due to the customer's fault, a new delivery time will be arranged, and an additional delivery surcharge will be applied, to be collected on receipt of the goods.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, which we quote for that item, please contact us by email or telephone. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

Where Delivery Surcharges apply, the standard delivery will be shown in the checkout and a member of the GMD Pennine team will contact you by the next working day to discuss any additional delivery surcharge that applies to you order.
