Brett Martin UPVC Cast Iron Effect Range now available
Rainwater specialist GMD Pennine has launched a range of plastic products to provide an affordable alternative to cast iron.
The UPVC Cast Iron Effect rainwater range features gutters, downpipes, water butts and hopper heads in a variety of styles and colours.Quicker and easier to install than cast iron, the lightweight and durable UPVC products enable domestic and commercial customers to create a period look on new builds or renovations for less.
The extensive collection includes Prostyle, Roundstyle and Deepstyle gutter profiles, round and square downpipes with matching hopper heads and water butts.
GMD Pennine has patented the cast iron architectural detailing used in the range, which incorporates traditional styling to produce an authentic effect – hopper heads feature selected period motifs and matching gothic water butts and stands are available.
Colour options like Oxford blue, olive green, graphite grey, sandstone and porcelain white complement the heritage feel.
The Cast Iron Effect range is UV stabilised, so it won’t rust or corrode once installed. Fully compatible with existing cast iron and modern style rainwater systems, the collection is easy to install as it does not require nuts, bolts, spacers, spanners, primers, paint or disc cutters.
